An idea started in high school.

Bin Blasters started originally as a fun idea for a summer side hustle. After getting more customers we started to take the job more seriously. This has taken us to where we are today…

Bin Blasters started with 4 original founders. All of which were high school students. But after long hours and unpaid working time, 3 of the original members quit. This left only me (Wyatt Hamilton). I needed help on the cleaning process and running the actual business. I took on another member who is now my partner (Luke Beasley). We first started cleaning trash bins with only a pressure washer and a spray bottle full of soap water. We would take these items to every job and use clients water. The unloading and attaching and then reloading the pressure washer into my truck took forever. We timed each job to average around 40 minutes to clean a single bin. At this rate we felt like quitting because we were not getting enough clients and our cleaning process was mediocre at best.

Everything turned around one day when I (Wyatt Hamilton) was given a unique opportunity. At my high school (Brentwood High), I had a class called EIC. This was a class for aspiring entrepreneurs. They helped me grow my business and gave me the recourses to be where I am today. One of the teachers came up to me one day and said a local business is promoting young entrepreneurs and wants us to compete with business presentations. They told us there would be a cash reward for the best business. I saw this opportunity and started my presentation right away. Over the next few weeks I did nothing else. I would work on this presentation all the time and when I was not working on it I was rehearsing in my head constantly. I worked with mentors and local business owners to perfect my presentation skills and slides. The day finally came. 30 small businesses presented for the same thing. When I went up on stage I was more than confident in my ability to perform and show off my business. After weeks of tireless practice and countless hours of working, it finally paid off! I was awarded 1st place and $1,200!!

This was a huge turning point in Bin Blasters! With this money we were able to afford a water tank, water pump, and a pressure washer. I convinced my dad to let us transform his old trailer into our work station and BOOM. We now have a custom cleaning trailer designed specifically for deep cleaning trash bins as efficiently as possible. With our new set up, we were able to clean a single trash bin in under 8 minutes! This changed the game. I was able to spend more time on creating content and this website as well as advertise.

As my great grandpa used to say, “I am blessed with work.” Now that I have graduated as of 2025, I work on Bin Blasters full time. Since I do not have plans to attend college, I am currently saving up to take a long road trip across country and all the way to Alaska. Bin Blasters has truly been a blessing to me and everyone I get to serve!
